The Alef Group has launched its latest project Al Mamsha, where it offers Studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, and few units of duplexes and penthouses. In the first phase, the group is constructing 33 mixed-use buildings. The entire project area is a walkable community, where cars are restricted to the basement floors with a capacity to accommodate 7,000 cars. Separate parking areas for residential and retail have been assigned to maximize convenience for occupants as well as visitors.
Al Mamsha is a lifestyle development with bustling retail and leisure and entertainment destinations. Construction of the first phase of the project began at the start of the third quarter of 2017 and is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2019.
